Allyn Morse
Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Allyn was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She sought out a more spiritually and emotionally fulfilling career at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic after working for over a decade in film and television, food service, childcare, and then some. This awakening led Allyn to pursue her current career as a psychotherapist.
Allyn graduated with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University in 2023. She is a registered associate therapist (#146845) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. She is currently accepting new clients at the Pacific Wellness Collective under the supervision of Gwen Lotery, LMFT #37140.
ABOUT ALLYN
PHILOSOPHY & THEORY
Allyn believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship—without a sense of safety between client and therapist, there is no foundation from which to grow. With a practice rooted in presence, empathy and humor, Allyn stands side-by-side with her clients, helping to guide them inward toward their own resources and tools for growth and healing.
Allyn works with a variety of theories, catering to the needs of each individual client. These theories include but are not limited to: existentialism, Rogerian, IFS/Parts Work, DBT, narrative, Jungian, gestalt, somatic, attachment-based, culturally sensitive, psychodynamic, relational, strengths-based & trauma focused. Her practice is grounded in a social justice framework, utilizing awareness of the systems that inform our identities and, therefore, our inner worlds.
